Research at the Department of nutrition and Sport Science
Research at the department are carried out within the framework of the Food science and Sports science. Research involving human habits, perceptions and choices regarding food and meals, as well as communication and learning in everyday life and school. Also includes research studies of the sports movement, children's and youth sports, elite sports, school the substance sport and health, and physical activity habits. Perspective that learning, leadership skills, socialization, gender, health and the environment are dealt with.
Food science describes people's meeting with food from an interdisciplinary perspective.
